My STI is a group of portals for our customers and agents to obtain and
communicate information via the web. Our transportation portal provides
information regarding current status of a shipment, such as if it delivered,
who signed for it, and the date and time of the delivery. Alternately, should a
shipment be in transit, the portal will provide the last GPS location with the
date and time of that GPS location entry. This site can also contain
documentation such as procedure guides, quick reference cards, etc. for you the
customer.
